This water damage in Coronado, CA. was the result of storm water run-off over running a slow draining sump pump. This water loss was classified as category 3, due to the contaminated nature of the water involved. The owner of the property was out of the country when the water damage occurred. The tenant, a military service member, was scheduled to ship over seas that very week. As always, we worked closely with all parties to insure a quick turnaround and to make it, like it never even happened.

Please note that this water loss was a fully involved Class 3, Category 3 Water Damage. In the first picture, the carpet, contents, drywall and subframing of the structure are all affected. The after photo was taken less than 48-hours after we had arrived on site.
