Water Heater Flood in Coronado, CA. 92118

This water damage was caused by an old broken water heater. The stand that the water heater was set-up on was completely compromised and needed to be removed so that the framing could be dried out. As you can see in the after photo, once the frame was exposed, we treated the affected area with an EPA registered anti-microbial disinfecting agent. Our work on this water loss took less than 72 hours and the customer was very pleased with the results.
