This mold loss was caused by a slow leaking hot water pipe between two garage walls. The second photo was taken after we had received an air clearance test from a third party and the containment had been taken down. As you can see, the area has just been treated with an EPA registered mold controlling agent. This customer was in the process of moving out of state when the mold damage occured, so time was a major factor. They were very happy with the speed and quality of our services.
