Water Damage Caused by broken pipe in Chula Vista Ca 91910

This home in Chula Vista, Ca had water damage as a result of a broken pipe from the upstairs unit.  The ceiling collapsed and the water poured down impacting the entire living room. 

Once the source of the loss was fixed, we were able to begin the water removal process immediately.  

Once the excess water was removed we did an inspection on all building materials, like wood, drywall and flooring materials. 

During the drying process we used dehumidification equipment and monitoring equipment to track progress.
