Washing Machine Causes Water Damage

This water damage was caused by a malfunctioning washing machine in San Diego, Ca. Our client was in her living room waiting for a football game to begin when water started coming down from her ceiling.  

SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado was able to dry the affected area, by removing some drywall in the living room.  We were also able to restore her bathroom flooring, which she was very happy about. 

Our team set up some containment in the living room to help speed up dry out process.  

Our customer provided us all 10's on our Certificate of Satisfaction form.
