Bathroom Pipe Leak San Diego Ca 92114

This client was referred to SERVPRO of Coronado / San Diego Bay SW from his State Farm Agent. 

He had a pipe that was leaking in his upstairs bathroom.  When we arrived the ceiling was compromised and had already began falling.  The exterior walls were affected and needed to be opened up in order to remove the wet insulation.  

Due to the home being built in 1977 and the Air Pollution Control District Rule 1206, we were required to have this home tested for asbestos.  

During the dry out process we utilized Air Filtration Devices to help stabilize the air quality, a dehumidifier, and some air movers to complete the job.  Listed below is the clients testimonial regarding the work that was done in his home.
