Water Heater Leak in San Diego CA 92107

This is a water damage job that was caused by a water heater leak in San Diego, CA.  The affected areas of this garage was the drywall and flooring.  Both the drywall and flooring needed to be removed in the affected areas due to bound water and insulation removal. Laminate wood flooring was also removed due to presence of vapor barrier beneath the flooring.
