David, had a major flood due to a 90-year-old water main that burst, creating a sink hole, which caused flooding in homes, streets, and parks.  

"Have you just been wiped out? Then you'll want Scott - NOW. I'm writing this three days into a major flood, and on a weekend- Scott has been here everyday as well as tending to other customers at the same time! I am extremely impressed with his and his crew's work ethic. I'm going through this flooding issue a second time in about a year (due to the city's crappy infrastructure) - and SERVPRO has been an actual dream to work with. These guys had me dug out, mud'ed out, washed, and in the process of drying before anyone else on the street!
