SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado responded to a slab leak in Bonita CA.  The slab leak caused water damage to the bathroom and the bedroom behind it.  

The affected material included the drywall, vinyl flooring in the bathroom and carpet in the bedroom.  Prior to starting any work this home needed to be tested for asbestos because of the year it was built.  

Air Pollution Control District
